Why MFS Wellness?
MFS Wellness is designed to create a process specific to the client rather than traditional “diet programs” that attempt to fit clients into an existing dietary system, heavy on abrupt changes and rigid restriction. The primary objective is to work with clients on a very individualized basis as food preferences, lifestyles, dietary needs, and training history differs greatly from person to person.
The primary objective is not only to obtain body composition results, but to implement slow habitual changes that work towards a legitimate lifestyle change where the client never feels the need to “go on a diet” ever again. MFS Wellness works to incorporate assistance through real life events such as holidays, work functions, social gatherings, etc.
Food preferences remain at the client’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to consume foods they actually enjoy throughout the process of creating a new baseline of food consumption that will sustain the results achieved while working with MFS Wellness and beyond.
MFS Wellness leads the operation with empathy, honesty and understanding. Failure does not exist here as any presumed mistake or struggle becomes a celebration as an opportunity to grow. Shame, discouragement, or doubt do NOT exist here.
Sustainability and success are achieved by implementing new habits into a client’s current lifestyle, not forcing hasty, restrictive changes overnight. Therefore, applying a realistic, methodical process with an understanding that it’ll never be linear, along with proper guidance, is the path to a happier, healthier version of YOU.
